y programs fall into different categories that take into consideration the three different perspectives on the relationship between Mind, Body and Spirit. The beauty is that you get to choose your preferred starting point:

  • your Mind (learning through concepts)
  • your Body (learning through your personal experience)
  • your Spirit (learning what blocks you from having a fuller, easier experience of your natural Essence energy).

What’s even more wonderful is that it doesn’t matter where you start. Think of them as facets of a diamond … each is simply a different perspective on the same thing. As I like to say “When you are dealing with Mind, Body and Spirit, it’s a lot of layers, but it’s all one cake!”

One-on-One Sessions

 

This session combines three ancient approaches in a cutting-edge application to support the Overworked Overwhelmed Overachiever.

#1 – cultivate the skills of present-moment observation and curiosity. This breaks the insidious thought patterns about the past or the future, as well as critical judgments, all of which severely limit change.

#2 – incorporate physical movement to bypass, as well as highlight, your usual thought patterns.

#3 – apply a non-judgmental state of attention to areas of stuckness as they show up … for example, they may show up as tension in your Body, unconscious patterns of speech, or expectations of how things “should be.” By opening yourself to paying attention to them without trying to change them, insights emerge.

here are two ways to go about deciding. One way is to decide how you learn. We learn and grow in different ways and as I mentioned above, my programs support these differences. r maybe you have other factors that you need to consider. Complimentary Downloads are a good starting point for everyone as they give you a taste of how I teach.

For some people, money is a consideration. If that is the case, I would recommend starting with my on-line Home Study Programs, as these provide demonstrations and a depth of content that you can re-visit as often as you wish.

For some people, speed is a consideration. You’ve been seeking solutions for a while. What you’ve seen and experienced on my site demonstrates to you that there is something here for you that has been missing elsewhere.  If that is the case, I would recommend doing One-on-One sessions with me so we can customize and adapt based on your specific needs.

For some people, something radically different is what’s needed.  You’ve been meditating for years and yet you still react in anger when your teenager acts like a teenager and talks back to you.  If that’s the case, I would recommend a One-on-One Energy Awakening Coaching Session or a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy session because either one would approach the unconscious pattern from a different angle. Sometimes accessing the pattern through a back door is what releases the pattern once and for all.
